Welcome to Genieus AI! These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Genieus AI (“Genieus” or “we”). By signing up, accessing, or using the Genieus platform (the “Service”), you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. The Service

Genieus provides a free, global platform that allows businesses and organizations to create, train, customize, and deploy AI-powered customer service agents (the “Agents”). These Agents assist in automating customer interactions, capturing leads, answering inquiries and enhancing business engagement.
1.2 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to this Agreement.
1.3 Genieus Ownership
Genieus owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property, software and branding. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the Service as outlined in this Agreement.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information when creating and using your Genieus account and configuring your AI Agent.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
– Violate any laws or regulations.
– Transmit malicious software, unauthorized content or engage in fraudulent activities.
– Create or manage Agents intended for illegal or harmful purposes.
– Reverse-engineer, modify or exploit the Service for commercial gain.
3. Data Collection and Usage
3.1 User Data
The Service collects and stores data that you provide, including information used to configure your organization’s AI Agent (e.g., business details, policies, FAQs). This data is used solely to operate, improve and analyze the Service.
3.2 Privacy Compliance
Genieus complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you upload. However, you grant Genieus a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this data solely for providing and improving the Service.
4. Limitations and Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1 As-Is Service
The Service is provided “as-is” without any warranties or guarantees of performance, availability or accuracy. Genieus disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
4.2 Service Interruptions
Genieus is not liable for interruptions, delays or errors in the Service. Users acknowledge that the Service may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues.
5. Updates and Termination
5.1 Service Updates
Genieus reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Genieus reserves the right to terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
6. Customer Engagement Features
6.1 Lead Generation and Inquiries
The AI Agents created through Genieus can automatically capture and organize customer interactions, such as leads, inquiries and service requests. Users can monitor and manage these engagements directly on the platform.
6.2 Email Integration
Users can configure specific email addresses for different engagement types (e.g., leads, inquiries). This allows for seamless integration with existing business workflows.
7. Knowledge Management
7.1 Training the Agent
Users can train their AI Agents by uploading business-specific knowledge, such as documents (PDF, Word, Excel) and URLs. The Agent uses this information to provide accurate, consistent responses during conversations.
7.2 Knowledge Gaps
If the Agent identifies unanswered questions during conversations, these “knowledge gaps” will be flagged for the admin to review and address. This ensures continuous improvement of the Agent’s performance.
8. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genieus is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Genieus’ total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the Service, whichever is less.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
10. General Terms
10.1 Changes to the Terms
Genieus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
